<strong>our law firm in Barcelona, Meritxell Gabarr\u00f3<\/strong>, has given the lecture <strong>&#8220;Wills workshop&#8221;<\/strong> at the Master&#8217;s Degree in Succession Law of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.icab.es\/en\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Barcelona Bar Association.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>executorship<\/strong> was the protagonist figure of the session, above all due to the speaker&#8217;s conviction that the existence of a <strong>executor<\/strong> facilitates the execution of the testator, expressed in the will or <strong>succession agreement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of course, the other succession figures of inheritance law that are usually taken into account in the preparation of a <a href=\"https:\/\/gabarroadvocats.com\/en\/services\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">will<\/a> have also been analysed and worked on in the lecture, such as the will, the institution of heirs, \u201c<em><a href=\"https:\/\/gabarroadvocats.com\/en\/services\/quarta-falcidia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">quarta falc\u00eddia<\/a>\u201d<\/em>, types of substitutions, especially the residuary trust, patrimonial administrations, digital wills, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We would
