The class, held at 3:00 PM, gathered students from Professor Jaume Tarabal Bosch\u2019s class, who once again kindly invited Meritxell Gabarr\u00f3.<br><br>This year, the practicing attorney sought to innovate with a very instructive diagram and explained the <strong><u>steps to follow from the time of death <\/u><\/strong>until the granting of the notarized inheritance deed.<br><br>At the same time, given that the session topic was &#8220;Mortis Causa Business,&#8221; she analyzed wills, which are well-known to everyone. She presented <strong><u>codicils<\/u><\/strong>, which complement a will, emphasizing that she is not particularly supportive of them due to the real possibility that they may contradict provisions already established in the will.
