Once the audience was convinced of the importance of making a will, she explained in great detail and with examples what needs to be regulated to do it properly: the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gabarroadvocats.com\/en\/services\/claiming-the-portio-legitima\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">forced heirship<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gabarroadvocats.com\/en\/services\/disinheritance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">disinheritance<\/a><\/strong>; <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gabarroadvocats.com\/en\/services\/adjudication-of-inheritance-bequests-and-endowments\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">legacies<\/a><\/strong>: the convenience of creating lots; substitutions: simple substitution, pure fideicommissary, and residual fideicommissary; appointment of the heir; estate management and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gabarroadvocats.com\/en\/services\/the-executor\/\">executorship.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She also addressed <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gabarroadvocats.com\/en\/services\/agreements-as-to-succession\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">succession agreements<\/a><\/strong> and the importance of granting preventive powers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a conclusion, she examined the taxation of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gabarroadvocats.com\/en\/services\/planificacio-fiscal-successoria\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">inheritance tax <\/a><\/strong>and gift tax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The venue (the Castellar del Vall\u00e8s Auditorium) is ideal for this type of event. The coordination and attention from the Board and Diego (the taxi driver) were excellent. The audience was outstanding.
