The event highlighted, once again, the importance of proper succession planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During her presentation, she focused on three key ideas:<br><br>\u23fa\ufe0f The need for <a href=\"https:\/\/gabarroadvocats.com\/en\/services\/planificacio-fiscal-successoria\/\">tax planning in inheritance matters<\/a>.<br>\u23fa\ufe0f The importance of anticipating potential issues to avoid conflicts between heirs.<br>\u23fa\ufe0f The relevance of choosing the applicable succession law, both for residents in Catalonia and for those living abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She also addressed several practical topics of great interest:<br><br>\u23fa\ufe0fDonation versus inheritance: when each option is most appropriate.<br>\u23fa\ufe0fWhy it is not advisable to rely solely on wills with the clause \u201cheirs in equal shares\u201d.<br>\u23fa\ufe0fAdvantages and disadvantages of succession agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Legal conclusion:<\/strong> proper succession planning is essential to reduce tax burdens and minimize potential family conflicts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We extend our sincere gratitude to Enric Mas, Isabel Trias de Bes, Ricardo Ruiz \u2014general manager of Club 65\u2014 and the general director of RACC, Xavier P\u00e9rez.
