{"id":1484,"date":"2020-04-16T17:03:39","date_gmt":"2020-04-16T15:03:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/demo-gabarroadvocats.com.mialias.net\/serveis\/obtencio-de-documents\/"},"modified":"2020-07-31T09:34:09","modified_gmt":"2020-07-31T07:34:09","slug":"obtaining-documents","status":"publish","type":"serveis","link":"https:\/\/gabarroadvocats.com\/en\/services\/obtaining-documents\/","title":{"rendered":"Obtaining documents"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to accept the inheritance, the following documents must be requested and obtained:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Death certificate, issued by the Civil Registry of the town where the death occurred.<\/li><li>Certificate of the last will and testament, issued by the General Registry of Last Wills and Testaments, stating whether the deceased made a will.<\/li><li>Life insurance certificate, issued by the register mentioned above.<\/li><li>Authentic copy of the will, if any.
