Meritxell Gabarr\u00f3 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccma.cat\/tv3\/alacarta\/tot-es-mou\/es-pot-desheretar-un-fill\/video\/6161449\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ha participado en el programa <em>Tot es mou<\/em><\/a> para hablar sobre <a href=\"https:\/\/gabarroadvocats.com\/es\/servicios\/desheredamiento\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">desheredamiento<\/a> y para resolver dudas de la audiencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El magazine de tardes abordaba esta cuesti\u00f3n con motivo de los casos de <strong>personajes p\u00fablicos millonarios que han desheredado a sus hijos<\/strong> y han dejado gran parte de su patrimonio a la beneficencia. Por otro lado, tambi\u00e9n se daba a conocer la campa\u00f1a <strong>&#8220;Si no cuidas, no heredas&#8221;<\/strong>, de la asociaci\u00f3n de personas mayores ACUMAFU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la pregunta de la conductora del programa, Helena Garcia Melero, sobre si la <a href=\"https:\/\/gabarroadvocats.com\/es\/servicios\/reclamacion-del-derecho-de-legitima\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">leg\u00edtima<\/a>, es decir, la parte m\u00ednima de la herencia que recae a los descendientes, puede no ir a los hijos, Meritxell Gabarr\u00f3 ha afirmado que \u201cpodr\u00eda no ir, pero para hacerlo aquel padre o madre debe desheredar al hijo o hija\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La directora de Gabarr\u00f3 Advocats Her\u00e8ncies ha comentado que esta gesti\u00f3n debe realizarse <strong>ante notario<\/strong> y que es necesario <strong>alegar la causa de la desheredaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, la cual debe ser de peso. Gabarr\u00f3 ha recordado tambi\u00e9n que en Catalu\u00f1a hay legislaci\u00f3n propia, seg\u00fan la cual para un desheredamiento debe demostrarse que <strong>no hay relaci\u00f3n entre progenitor y descendencia<\/strong>, siendo esta falta de relaci\u00f3n <strong>culpa en exclusiva del legitimario<\/strong>.
