ALBERT GUASCH i VALLCORBA (1967), graduate in Economics and Business Studies of the University of Barcelona; PhD in Economics of the University of Barcelona; Master in Business Administration (ESADE).

Trained at the Catalan Tax Office in the management and settlement of Inheritance and Gift Tax. He has been director of the Department of Inheritance in several firms in Barcelona. He is currently Director of the Department of Taxation at GABARRÓ ADVOCATS –HERÈNCIES- .

Director of a number of editions of the Family Business Course at the College of Economists of Catalonia; Speaker at several editions of the Master’s Degree in Family and Inheritance and the Inheritance Course at the Barcelona Bar Association; director of training sessions for banking institutions aimed at improving client relations upon death.

He has given lectures on Inheritance Tax at various Professional Associations, as well as at various banking institutions.

Contributor to “El Punt Avui” with articles related to the world of family business and Inheritance and Gift Tax.

NÚRIA ROMA i CORTADA, graduate in Law of the University of Girona.

Diploma Course in Inheritance Law given by the Vic Bar Association. She has been practising at a multidisciplinary firm since 2002. From 2017, she specialized in Inheritance Law.

She is a member of the Catalan Association of Inheritance Law Specialists.

She has contributed to “La Vanguardia” with several interviews and articles on inheritance matters.

RAQUEL FRANCO MANJÓN, graduate in Law of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Since graduating, in 1998, she has developed her professional career in the field of procedural law, as a specialist in inheritance law.

Before joining the GABARRÓ ADVOCATS -HERENCIES- team in 2012, she worked as a lawyer in one of the most renowned multidisciplinary law firms in the country, becoming an associate at the age of 28.

She is a member of the Catalan Association of Inheritance Law Specialists.

Since 2008, she has been a regular speaker in courses, masters and conferences organized by various institutions such as the Barcelona Bar Association, where she gives lectures in the Master’s Degree in Family and Inheritance Law, the Inheritance Course and the Executor Course; the Centre de Suport Professional de la Ciutat de la Justícia (CSPCJ), the Tarragona Bar Association, the Girona Bar Association and the Blanquerna Bar Association, among others. She has contributed legal articles on inheritance law in the Revista Jurídica de Catalunya and the legal journal Economist & Jurist, among others.

IGNASI SOLER AGUILAR, graduate in Law of the Rovira i Virgili university in Tarragona, he holds a master’s degree in Family Law from the University of Barcelona and a master’s degree in mediation and conflict resolution from the Rovira i Virgili university in Tarragona. He has also completed a Diploma Course in Inheritance Law at the Barcelona Bar Association.

He has been specialised in inheritance law since 2014.
