Participation of the director of Gabarró Advocats Herències, Meritxell Gabarró, in the 2025 Edition of the Inheritance Law Course at the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB), sharing her knowledge and expertise in succession law in the lecture “Will Workshop” — an interactive class with students, where many of the inheritance figures regulated in the Civil Code of Catalonia are analysed. The same conclusion is reached year after year: drafting a good will must be a guarantee for a future inheritance.
