Once again, the director of our law firm in Barcelona, Meritxell Gabarró, has given the lecture “Wills workshop” at the Master’s Degree in Succession Law of the Barcelona Bar Association.

The executorship was the protagonist figure of the session, above all due to the speaker’s conviction that the existence of a executor facilitates the execution of the testator, expressed in the will or succession agreement.

Of course, the other succession figures of inheritance law that are usually taken into account in the preparation of a will have also been analysed and worked on in the lecture, such as the will, the institution of heirs, “quarta falcídia”, types of substitutions, especially the residuary trust, patrimonial administrations, digital wills, among others.
